The subjects were 256 teachers employed in childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Provinces. First, the main effects of teachers’ affective commitments and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior were observed. Teachers’ affective commitments and supervisors' servant leadership were positively associated with teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. Second, interaction effects of teachers’ affective commitment and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior were observed. The results of the study can be used to promote childcare center teachers' organizational citizenship behavior through the teachers’ affective commitment and supervisors’ servant leadership.
